Bar Code Tattoo
Madrid Prostitution Ring tattooed a bar code on 19 year old girl.
The bar code served as a form of identity for the woman and as certificate of “ownership” by one prostitution ring, and beneath the bar code was also tattooed the amount of money she owed the ring, police said.
Istanbul, Turkey. Documentary photographer Mimi Chakarova gained entry to an illegal brothel in Istanbul. She managed to photograph a 52 year-old john grabbing a girl who had been trafficked from Eastern Europe.
